New Home Construction vs. Remodels

The only difference between new construction and remodels is how we must handle running wire and installing fixtures and receptacles. New Construction features studded walls that allow for wires and cabling to be easily run. For jobs other than new construction we will snake the required cabling though walls and only make new openings where absolutely necessary.

Home Electrical Upgrades

An electrical upgrade would be to enhance or enlarge the homes electrical system or ability to provide power to your required specifications. Today's appliances and electrical apparatus is much different than those of days gone by. A complete upgrade can be costly but we make every effort to find safe and effective ways to enhance or add to the existing system to keep costs and invasive construction activities to a minimum. Adding sub panels and running independent wiring can be done rather inexpensively and will more than provide for your increased energy demands.
